Account Deletion

1. Delete your account from the app (recommended)

1. Sign in to the Miltyk application (web or mobile).
2. Navigate to the "Account" section.
3. Select "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter the confirmation phrase and confirm the deletion request.

2. Can't access your account?

Send an email from the address associated with your account to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

We will verify your identity and process the deletion request within a maximum of 30 days.

3. Data that will be deleted

• Profile information (name, surname, phone number, avatar)
• Login account information (email and authentication credentials)
• Support tickets, chats, messages, and conversations
• Uploaded files, images, and voice recordings
• Website management settings and notifications
• Referral data and referral codes
• Subscription records associated with the account

4. Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained where required by law:

• Invoices
• Accounting records
• Tax documentation

Retention is required under applicable accounting and tax regulations.

5. Deletion timeline

• Account access is immediately disabled after a deletion request is submitted.
• Personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
• Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 6 months before automatic removal.
