1. Postanowienia ogólne
Operatorem („Administratorem") platformy Miltyk.pl jest:

Miltyk.pl jest platformą subskrypcyjną oferującą usługi związane z:
- tworzeniem stron internetowych,
- hostingiem,
- SEO,
- analizami,
- integracjami,
- zarządzaniem domenami,
- narzędziami marketingowymi,
- funkcjami aplikacji webowej i mobilnej.
Korzystanie z Platformy oznacza akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu.
2. Subskrypcje
Usługi oferowane są w modelu subskrypcyjnym.
Zasady płatności:
- opłata miesięczna pobierana od pierwszego miesiąca, każda strona ma osobną subskrypcję,
- subskrypcje odnawiają się automatycznie,
- użytkownik odpowiada za utrzymanie ważnej metody płatności,
- opłaty nie podlegają zwrotowi, chyba że obowiązujące przepisy stanowią inaczej.
Użytkownik może anulować subskrypcję w ustawieniach konta lub kontaktując się z Administratorem. Anulowanie subskrypcji powoduje zakończenie jej automatycznego odnawiania. Usługi pozostają aktywne do końca opłaconego okresu rozliczeniowego.
Administrator może zmieniać ceny, pakiety i zakres usług.
3. Strona internetowa i własność
W ramach współpracy Administrator może:
- tworzyć stronę internetową,
- utrzymywać hosting,
- zarządzać domeną,
- świadczyć usługi SEO.
Przeniesienie własności strony oraz domeny może nastąpić wyłącznie po:
- zakończeniu współpracy,
- spełnieniu warunku minimum 9 miesięcy aktywnej współpracy,
- uregulowaniu wszystkich należności.
Jeżeli współpraca zakończy się przed upływem 9 miesięcy, Administrator nie ma obowiązku przekazania strony, domeny ani infrastruktury.
W przypadku rezygnacji przed upływem 9 miesięcy użytkownik traci prawo do przeniesienia strony, domeny, kodu źródłowego oraz infrastruktury stworzonej i utrzymywanej przez Administratora.
4. Domeny
Domeny mogą być dostarczone przez użytkownika lub rejestrowane przez Administratora. Jeżeli domena została zarejestrowana przez Administratora, jej przekazanie może nastąpić wyłącznie po spełnieniu warunków określonych w Regulaminie.
5. Treści użytkownika
Użytkownik ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność za przesyłane materiały i oświadcza, że posiada prawa do tekstów, zdjęć, logotypów, materiałów marketingowych i innych przesyłanych treści. Administrator może odmówić publikacji lub usunąć materiały naruszające prawo lub dobre obyczaje.
6. AI i SEO
Platforma może wykorzystywać AI do generowania treści i analiz. Administrator:
- nie gwarantuje pozycji w Google,
- nie gwarantuje wzrostu ruchu,
- nie odpowiada za skuteczność SEO,
- nie odpowiada za skutki wykorzystania treści generowanych przez AI.
7. Odpowiedzialność
W maksymalnym zakresie dopuszczalnym przez prawo Administrator nie odpowiada za: utratę danych, utracone korzyści, spadek pozycji SEO, błędy integracji, niedostępność usług, działania podmiotów trzecich, błędy AI, utratę domeny wynikającą z działań użytkownika ani szkody pośrednie. Usługi świadczone są „as is" i „as available".
8. Zawieszenie lub usunięcie konta
Administrator może zawiesić konto, ograniczyć dostęp, usunąć konto lub odmówić świadczenia usług bez wcześniejszego powiadomienia w przypadku naruszenia Regulaminu, nadużyć, działań niezgodnych z prawem lub działań zagrażających bezpieczeństwu Platformy.
9. Zmiany usług
Administrator może w dowolnym czasie zmieniać funkcje Platformy, usuwać funkcje, zmieniać pakiety i aktualizować Regulamin.
10. Prawo właściwe
Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu. Wszelkie spory rozstrzygane będą przez właściwe sądy w Polsce.

1. General
The operator ("Controller") of the Miltyk.pl platform is:

Miltyk.pl is a subscription-based platform providing website creation, hosting, SEO services, analytics, integrations, domain management, marketing tools, and web/mobile application features. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Subscriptions
Services are provided on a subscription basis.
- monthly fee charged from the first month, each site has its own subscription,
- subscriptions renew automatically,
- users are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods,
- payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
The user may cancel the subscription in the account settings or by contacting the Controller. Cancelling a subscription stops its automatic renewal. Services remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
The Controller may change pricing, plans, and service scope.
3. Website Ownership
Ownership of websites and domains may only be transferred if cooperation ends, the user completed at least 9 months of active cooperation, and all outstanding payments have been settled. If cooperation ends before 9 months, the Controller is not obligated to transfer ownership of the website, domain, or infrastructure.
In the event of resignation before the expiry of 9 months, the user loses the right to transfer the website, domain, source code, and infrastructure created and maintained by the Controller.
4. Domains
Domains may be provided by the user or registered by the Controller. If registered by the Controller, domain ownership transfer may only occur after contractual conditions are fulfilled.
5. User Content
Users remain fully responsible for uploaded materials and represent that they own the rights to submitted text, images, logos, marketing materials, and other content. The Controller may reject or remove unlawful or inappropriate materials.
6. AI and SEO
The Platform may use AI-generated content and SEO analysis. The Controller does not guarantee Google rankings, traffic growth, SEO effectiveness, or AI-generated content outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Controller shall not be liable for data loss, lost profits, SEO ranking losses, integration failures, service downtime, third-party actions, AI-related errors, or indirect damages. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Suspension and Termination
The Controller may suspend accounts, restrict access, terminate accounts, or refuse service without prior notice in cases including Terms violations, abuse, unlawful conduct, or threats to Platform security.
9. Service Changes
The Controller may at any time modify features, remove features, modify plans, or update these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts located in Poland.
